Want to return an order?

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, with no need to give a reason.

Return conditions

To accept a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Not have been used beyond initial inspection.
  • Be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • Include all original packaging, instructions and documentation.
  • Include a copy of the purchase invoice.

Returns of used, damaged or unpackaged products will not be accepted.

How to request a return

  1. Send us an email at info@36mood.com with your name, order number and a statement that you wish to return the product.
  2. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Send the product securely packaged to the address we provide.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a defect or error attributable to 36mood.com.

Refund

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping costs are refunded unless you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard one, in which case only the cost of standard shipping is refunded.

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or made-to-order products.
  • Sealed products that have been opened after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Products damaged due to misuse.

Warranty

All our products come with a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. If your product has a manufacturing defect, contact us at info@36mood.com and we will handle it at no cost to you.
